Westide

AMERICAN PALE ALE – 4.5%

West like America, West like Bristol, our Westide is a beautiful light copper West-Coast American Pale Ale.

The American hops charge this ale with a spicy tone with hints of citrus and pine and the Australian hop Enigma adds a great complexity with its woody, spicy and pine aromas.
It’s a tidal-wave of flavours that smack you in the mouth.

ABV: 4.5% – IBU: 45

Food pairing: Curry or spicy chicken wings, fish pie.

Croft Ales - Deep Red - Red IPA

Deep Red

RED IPA – 5.5%

Named after one of our favourite horror movies Deep Red expresses our passion for full flavoured beer. Eight different malts have been combined with four varieties of hops to deliver rich, complex flavours into your pint.
Biscuit, burnt raisins, caramel, berry and lychee flavours all blended in a beer you simply cannot miss.
ABV: 5.5% – IBU: 50
Food pairing: Pad Kee Mao (Drunken noodles), strong cheeses, BBQ, salted caramel ice cream.

Croft Ales - Beast English Best Bitter

Beast

ENGLISH BITTER – 4.2%

We love the traditional beers just as much as the modern and so created our very own take on a traditional English Best Bitter. Beast is a smooth and malty Best Bitter that refreshes your palate with floral and herbal aromas provided by traditional English hops and a hint of blackcurrant aroma from the addition of Willamette hops that we selected for this easy, drinkable beer.
ABV: 4.2% – IBU: 27
Food pairing: Roast chicken or pork, fish and chips, mild cheeses.

Croft Ales - BackJump English Pale Ale

BACKJUMP

ENGLISH PALE ALE –  4.5%

Named after the speedy graffitti art made in the time a train/bus is waiting at a station,
Backjump is an easy drinking, really tasty, sessionable pale ale.
ABV: 4.5% – IBU: 27
Food pairing: Meat pie, burgers, mild cheeses, bread pudding.

Croft Ales - Up Roar IPA
Uproar

ENGLISH IPA –  5.6%

Our cheeky IPA is an expression of protest to the modern concept of IPA. Our reinterpretation of this traditional English style is fully flavoured and made with 75% English hops plus another specially selected to add bitterness and aroma. With a fresh earthy aroma profile combined with pleasant mint, grass, floral and citrus tones the result is Uproar!
ABV: 5.6% – IBU: 52
Food pairing: Strong spicy food (with curry), fish pie, carrot cake.

Croft Ales - Dusk Till Dawn - American IPA

Dusk Till Dawn

AMERICAN IPA – 7%

Five malts combine with hops from England, Germany, America and Slovenia to create this fantastic full-bodied, full-flavoured, easy to drink modern IPA giving flavours and aromas of caramel, biscuit, toffee, citrus, spice, honey, blossoms, bluberries and more…from Dusk Till Dawn.
ABV: 7% – IBU: 70
Food pairing: Grilled lamb, fried chicken, caramel cheesecake.

Croft Ales - Black Book Stout

Black Book

STOUT – 5.2%

Black Book is our super smooth, highly drinkable black stout. We have combined three malts to create a beautifully balanced combination of roasty, malty, coffee and bitter chocolate flavours. Bramling cross add its incredible fruity aroma that blends perfectly with dark malts. Black Book it’s a collection of ideas and passion for dark beers.
ABV: 5.2% – IBU: 38
Food pairing: Barbecued beef, well-aged cheddar, profiterôles.

Croft Ales - Bean And Gone Coffee Stout

Bean and Gone

COFFEE STOUT – 5%

A collaboration with our friends and neighbours from Door and Rivet and Blind Owl Coffee Roasters. To our Black Book stout we added an infusion of medium-light roasted hand-picked and sun-dried Honduras coffee beans. The result is a real winter warmer with layers of bittersweet, fruity, dark chocolate and caramel-like flavours.
ABV: 5% – IBU: 40
Food Pairing: Chocolate brownie, fruity desserts, vanilla ice cream.

BELGIAN DUBBEL – 6%

Born from our Christmas collaboration with Zero Degrees Tempête is a smooth, sophisticated and very aromatic Belgian Dubbel. Rich dark malts combine with carefull selected hops to create this very special beer.
ABV: 6% – IBU: 20
Food pairing: Meat stews, smoked ribs, French Morbier cheese, milk chocolate

SESSION IPA – 4%

Inspired by our wonderfully diverse community we have created a 4% Session IPA for all to enjoy showcasing hops from around the world blended with English and German-style malts to create a bright, refreshing and citrusy summertime beer
ABV: 4% – IBU: 30
Food pairing: fish and chips, grilled chicken, spicy curry
